1. Win a trip to a Bundesliga game with four tickets, accommodation and flights between September 2024 and December 2024 with Jägermeister & Stonegate Group.
Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter one of our competitions, we will assume that you have read these guidelines and you agree to them.
1.1 To enter a competition, you must be a UK resident and be over 18 years at the time of competition entry – Wednesday 1st May 2024 to Friday 31st May 2024.
1.2 Competitions are not open to Stonegate Group employees (or members of their immediate families)
1.3 Scan MiXR code when purchasing a Jägermeister product to be entered. You must have a MiXR account to enter the competition.
1.4 Only one entry per person.
1.5 Stonegate Group accepts no responsibility for entries that, for whatever reason, it does not receive before the promotion closing time.
1.6 Please follow the competition guidelines. Stonegate Group reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
1.7. To take part in the competition you will need to enter your details into the competition entry form.
1.8 Every user that enters the competition will be entered into a draw to win a trip to a Bundesliga game with four tickets, accommodation and flights.
1.9 The competition will run from Wednesday 1st May 2024 to Friday 31st May 2024.
1.10 The prize available to be won is a trip to a Bundesliga game with four tickets, accommodation and flights. The game is TBC once fixtures for the 2024/25 Bundesliga season are announced.
1.11 If you win a competition, we will notify you by email within 72 working hours of the closing date of the competition.
1.12 Stonegate Group will use reasonable endeavours to contact the winner. However, if the Stonegate Group are unable to contact a winner within 72 hours of the prize draw, Stonegate Group reserves the right to award the prize to the user in second position.
1.13 Stonegate’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
1.14 Prizes will be confirmed 72 hours after the end of each of the detailed competition round.
1.15 The prize must be claimed by the winner within 72 hours of the winner being notified. For clarity, prizes won on 04/06/2024 would need to be claimed by Midnight on 07/06/2024.
1.16 All costs and expenses not included within the prizes are the responsibility of the winner(s).
1.18 All prize winners and guests must be over the age of 18. Prize winners may be asked to prove they are over the age of 18.
1.18.1 All winners and guests must hold a valid passport.
1.19 If a panel of judges is required for the competition, it will be comprised of persons detailed on the relevant competition page and/or the Stonegate Group team
1.20 The prize will not be transferable to another person
1.21 No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize
1.22 If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value
1.23 The promoter reserves the right at any time, in its absolute discretion, to:
1.23.1 verify the eligibility of any participant, including their age, place of residence, whether they are subject of any football banning order;
1.23.2 disqualify any participant:
1.23.3 found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the promotion or entering using fraudulent means, or who the promoter believes to have acted in breach of these terms and conditions;
1.24.4 who does not give correct contact details or who makes an entry on someone else's behalf;
1.24.5 posting (or who has previously posted) a post, entry or comment to their own and/or the promoter’s social media pages that is, in the promoter's opinion, inappropriate, offensive, defamatory or upsetting to other participants, fans of the promoter or the promoter's commercial partners relevant to the promotion, or is directly aimed at the promoter, or contrary to applicable law, and, in the case of the promoter's social media pages, to remove any such entry or comment.
